There is a heavy history of early balding in my family and at 20 years old the signs are starting to show .I'd like to add low doses of spironolactone (50mg) to my regime of minoxidil and finasteride . I need some advice from people who take it and if they've seen thickening in already existing hair and also potential side effects that they've experienced.
