Dutasteride

I know everyone on this site swears by finasteride and minoxidil, but has anyone tried dutasteride? I'm thinking of making the switch. My questions are:

1)How long does it take to start working?
2)Is it focused primarily on maintanance like finasteride, or does it promote more regrowth?
3)How is the frontal regrowth?

I used finasteride for 6 years, and 2.5 months ago I made the switch to Dutas (generic Avodart).

It's obviously too soon to make an assessment, but I AM shedding quite a bit, so much so that my hairdresser noticed. I'm hoping this is a good sign and will be followed with regrowth.
