Dutasteride, Or Finasteride? ( Seven Words Go Here )

I am an NW1.5 suffering with horrible diffuse thinning, which is a typical form of hair loss within asians. I am debating whether I should go on dutasteride or finasteride. Which one will work the best?

Currently, I'm using 150MG of spironolactone and 2MG of estradiol. I'm wanting to add something which will block DHT, which is why I'm wanting to also go on dutasteride or finasteride.

Oral spironolactone and estradiol are very risky things to be taking. Obviously its up to you what you want to do with your own body, but I would never attempt to take such things myself.

Regarding finasteride and dutasteride, I recommend you take finasteride to start with, and if you find it isn't powerful enough after giving it about eight months to work, then you could consider switching to dutasteride.
