Greetings hairlets,

As you may have seen this study in previous thread https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5596657/

It implies fantastical results with minor time frame which is both ( possibly ) cheap and really effective.
Thus, I decided to create this thread for brainstorming ideas from members with more knowledge and testing.

The idea of this thread is:
- Find ways to create our own Dutasteride intradermal solution
- Find ways to possibly evade side effects
- Do group testing with before and after results ( optionally including tests from SHBG, Testosterone, DHT and Estrogen)
-Pray to our lord and savior Tsuji

First step is to make an injectable solution and not have to buy over internet dutasteride bottle and get it seized by customs.

Go.

The link didn't show me anything regarding dutas. Maybe I missed it?

We are not talking about sides here but to make the solution for mesotherapy

Probably some will have sides, same as with oral ...but they say its less chance with injection in scalp

Wow this is very interesting, if someone could make a video demonstrating the entire process that would help a lot. lol

We are not building rockets here,

Buy the needle, dutasteride, biotin solution and zinc solution if you want, mix as above recipe and needle your scalp with the hydra needle once a month

If you already have the dutasteride capsules then its tot 10-15$ for the needle and biotin solution in total

I will order everything and start after new year

I got side effects on propecia, is it likely I'll get the same ones off this?

Can someone pls explain me if topical finasteride and dutaseteride go systemic, how injecting dutasteride wont go systemic?

I assume because Dutasteride has easier time reaching the tissue with 5ar enzyme, that most of it hits it in local tissue before reaching blood stream. The rest that does reach bloodstream, loses it's efficacy. Plus once in 3 months is low since Dutasteride has high lhalf life. And when it's already working on enzymes in scalp there's no need to shoot it more times than it is with finasteride.
With one dose there is no accumulation like you would have to do with finasteride either.
That's my theory.

How are you going to inject duta like divide the scap into four areas like frot, back, vertics?

And how do you know that the drug is going to cover all the affected area?

I will order this mix and start after new year

http://www.fillermarket.com/en/accueil/10574-mesohyal-biotin.html

You get many good ingredients for hairloss in that mix which I think can give a good boost together with duasteride

Biotin (vitamin B8),Thiamine Nitrate (vitamin B1),Riboflavin (vitamin B2),Niacin (vitamin B3),Dexpanthenol (vitamin B5),Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B9),Folic acid (vitamin B9),Inositol (vitamin I)

20 Ampoules of 2ml will give you 20 treatments

Mix 1 ampoule of biotin 2 ml + 2 ml dutasteride from capsules

Inject in scalp with hydra needle

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HYDRA-Ne...529252?hash=item33d5a28224:g:s3IAAOSwr6RZpRnr

Will do one per month first 6 months and then every second or third month as recommended by clinics

Total cost : 87€ (62€ Biotin mix + 5€ needle + 20€ dutasteride)

That would be applicable to the concept of Follica (RAIN)? Really new treatments are necessary.

Keep us updated please.

Why do you think biotin will be beneficial, considering it's most expensive out of all 3?

Also why not use subdermal injection rather than hydra. Hydra somehow seems it can't penetratie skin well.
