I just found this out, interestingly, there are two doses, 0.1mg and 0.5mg

My doctor in Japan has been prescribing me Avolve dutasteride since May. Good guy, he actually listens to me and doesn't mind off label usage. Zagallo is exactly the same as Avolve, just a lot more expensive. It's like the propecia proscar thing. Cool doctors will give you proscar or avodart. Not so cool doctors will only prescribe the more expensive propecia or Zagallo. And sh*t doctors won't prescribe you anything, even approved medications with good safety profiles...

Would you risk permanent erectile dysfunction with dutasteride? I mean it completely obliterates your DHT levels and stays in your system for like 6 months.

I have seen crazy results and regrowth from dutasteride but completely wiping out your DHT levels 99 percent seems like sexual suicide. Your body needs DHT to function physically and mentally.

At least finasteride doesn't completely obliterate it.
