dutasteride & finasteride

Is anyone here on dutasteride combined with finasteride, or has tried this combination in the past. If so, how were the results. Did hair thicken when one or the other was added, or become worse when one or the other was dropped.

Also I was wondering, does anyone know how safe this would be health wise to use them both in conjunction? For example finasteride: 4-5 times a week dutasteride: 2-3 times a week.

Im thinkin about possible upping the regimen in the future, but i don't want to try dutasteride all by itsself because i am confident in the finasteride that it is at least maintaining.

I did this for a few weeks while I was moving away from finasteride and upgrading to dutasteride.
Maybe there are some benefits in doing a "smooth" transition between the 2 drugs. There certainly are no dangers or side effects taking the 2 drugs together for a few weeks atr least, but eventually if you use dutasteride, finasteride becomes totally redundant.
dutasteride is much more powerful and has a longer half life too.
