Dutasteride - Every Other Day Dose?

Hi guys,

I'm currently taking a lot of meds but looking to reduce as I think it's overkill and trying to save on costs. My hairloss has slowed down and I have some regrowth since being on the regimen below.

I'm currently taking:
- 12.5mg Cypro daily
- 2mg Estrofem & Oestrogel daily
- 1.25mg Proscar daily
- 0.5mg Dutasteride daily
- 10mg Oral Minoxidil daily
- Topical minoxidil

I'm looking to take the 0.5mg Dutasteride dose every other day instead of daily. Would this be ok to do as I understand that it will still suppress DHT levels to the same / similar affect as a daily dose due to its long half life??

Would appreciate any opinions.

Maybe switch to dutasteride once weekly and no proscar on that day... as a start?

Why not try Topical Finasteride daily and use Dutasteride 3 times per week? Or you could use proscsr every other day and than use Dutasteride opposite every other day. The half life on Finasteride is 72 hours so in theory it will still work even every third day.
