According to this paper for (nanoemulsions of) dutasteride, >98% of the drug is still there after 90 days at 30 degrees celsius. Even after 90 days at 60 degrees celsius, >95% of the drug is still there. I wouldn't worry about it. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4232777/
