Dutas. . .the dutasteride generic brand

i was wondering if anyone had tried or heard of this dutasteride generic brand

its a lot cheaper and they claim it has the same ingredients, if so, how can it be cheaper? i dont understand the whole generic thing

will it have the same effect as avodart would?

Yes I use the stuff and started on avodart.

I thought there were laws on how quickly a generic could be made for a recently released drug? dutasteride is only a year or two old at most. Generic Propecia is not even legally available. Or is this overseas?
