Was using roagaine foam and dutas, had in the past for some, minoxidil for over a year. Had tried alot. My natuarally thick hair was rapidly disappearing.
Then swapped the min for xandrox 15 plus. For eight months I shed, well i didnt really think i was shedding after a while just losing. Was buzzing my hair, but getting on in norwoods and couldnt just take it anymore esp as the back was starting to reach the front, which was now the middle.....
So i switched the min foam back in. 2 months later and bam hair growth, and not the staring in a mirror under lights going mmmm it maybe i mean im letting my hair grow im loving life regrowth. And it did, my thick hair was back, all of it. Comments were coming from everywhere, actually a lady at work said she was jealous and wished she had hair like mine and another actually tried to pull the top of my scalp off because she thought it was a wig...coincedentally im never getting a wig, god that would have been horrible had it been a wig.
Im about 8 months on and my hair is slowly going again. Has been for a month or so but its still good, im still happy.
But wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I know it has to be the xandrox so im getting back on it and just hoping i can handle the shed and it stops after a year or so but while on it my hair looked so terrible. Perhaps only the combined power of dutasteride and xandrox plus can stop it but its so powerful it actually keeps your hair in a state of shed so you have to be on it then off it?
