none have been reported. if you get side effects, you typically get them within a month or so, and they go away when you stop. dutasteride can takes months to leave your system, so you can be stuck with side effects longer if you've taken a lot of dutasteride. However, 0.5mg/day for 28 days does not depress DHT levels for too long. I think they come most of the way up after about 2 months, according to a graph I saw. The only long term side effects I can think of is your liver can get overworked if it is genetically dispositioned or you have thyroid problems or you make it metabolise alcohol and other crap all the time.
