So i started out with finasteride in January, was still losing hair so switched just a few weeks ago to dutasteride and im now completely impotent, i had problems with my libido while on finasteride but with some manual stimulation i was able to get erect, now i can barely get a semi. Any options for me other than v****? or will i have to ditch the dutasteride? I have been taking venflaxine all this time which is known to for loss of libido but like i said with finasteride i was pretty much okay. Any supplements people can recommend? i have heard of l-citrulline helping but also that it causes shedding i really don't want to stop dutasteride. Stopping the venlafaxine is not an option either
There is one possibility though, when i was using topical minoxidil i was dermarolling, so alot of it was going systematic, i stopped it in april because of bloated face. Could the shedding and loss of hair be attributed to that instead of finasteride not working?
