Dry or Damp Scalp for Minoxidil

I've been using Minoxidil for 4weeks now, always applying it to
a dry scalp,
I just read an article that says to apply it to your scalp after towel drying,
So whats best ? how does everyone else use it ?

The tow dry refers to making sure there is no water to dilute the minoxidil from the treatment area.

You can apply it dry just as well as moist. Ive seen no scientifically proven trials that state dry vs moist scalp leads to more or less penetration.

Remember 70+% of the minoxidil is absorbed in the first hour regardless.

If anything I would assume dry would absorb more as the skin would not already be over saturated in water vs after a shower.
