dry/damaged hair...

ok my hair is extremely dry and most likely damaged for some odd reason....what kind of shampoos/conditioners should i use to potentially end the suffering of my hair.

and please tell me if those products are available in cAnada.

Yeah a good conditioner can help. I don't remember exactly which one I use but it's by Pantene, if I leave it on for a few minutes I can def tell the difference in my hair texture. I use a light wax spray too, makes my hair look thicker, etc.

First off, you should use a conditioner every day b'c that moisterizes your hair. Shampoo strips the hair and scalp of the oils; conditioner infuses it with moisture. Get a good moisterizing conditioner at your local drug store.
