Dr Proctor gifts

Hi

I started using Dr Proctor products, dropping everything else (except nizoral once a week).
I started the treatment on November the 1st, ordering shampoo, conditioner and prescription proxiphen.

One thing striked me. I've made 3 orders so far and each of them included some gift (one of the products). I was happy of course, but it's a bit strange.
Do you get free stuff from Dr Proctor too?

They do not answer emails sometimes, but I can see they read them, because I can see the effects of my suggestions in the package...

Overall great experience, just a bit curious about those gifts...
Or maybe that's a standard in USA?

I'm in the UK and also got a 'freebie' after ordering a few months of Proxiphen. I have sent two emails and got replies on the same day. In one I asked about the product life because it was advised to keep spare phials in a fridge. As most have found, they tend to last much longer than a month so was curious as to their life. I was told, "A year or two at room temperature. Longer in the refrigerator. Also, it may turn brown. This does not affect its activity".

Oh yeah, I've got the same reply about lifetime. It's ok, but when you don't know when it was prepared, then it tells you nothing... Well, I assume, that they are rather fresh, not year old or so. As I remember, the white color means 'fresh'. I ordered 2 months supply and received 3 ;-)

So, you keep your stuff in the fridge?

I ordered 4 months and got 5. My son uses them and the one in use is not refrigerated but the spare phials are. He started using it just over 3 months ago.

Just the shampoo before, but never have I received proxiphen. You lucky bastards.
