Dr Lees minoxidil or regular 5 percent?

I dont mind using minoxidil but often makes my scalp irritated. Is Dr lees 5 percent much more effective in not irritating the scalp?

Yes, around 1 in 10 people find the PPG in regular minoxidil (Kirkland, Rogaine, Regaine etc) causes scalp irrititaion.

Is is very rarely the actual minoxidil that causes irritation.

Standard minoxidil contains 30% alcohol and 50% PPG

Dr Lees minoxidil contains 50% alcohol and 30% PPG

This may not seem like a great reduction, but it makes a real difference, it also only take 10 minutes or so to dry unlike the greasier Rogaine which is never really completely dry.

Dr Lee also does a PPG free minoxidil, but this is even greasier and slower drying than Rogaine.
