What's the best way to acquire this? I know you need a consultation to be able to order from him directly. Does that mean I'd have to travel to CA? Or will an email consultation suffice?

You can do your consultation on-line.

The easiest way to do it is just place the order. The next day you'll get an e-mail saying you're not one of Dr. Lee's patients and your order gets cancelled. You'll also receive instructions on how to become an official patient of Dr. Lee's.

Do you feel that Dr. Lee's is superior to standard 2% nizoral? know that the 3% salicylic acid is supposed to increase absorbtion. Any difference in hair texture after using it? Ever tried leaving it in over night?

Dr. Lee's shampoo, even w/ the salysilic acid component, seems to me to be more gentle than the standard 2% nizoral.

Can't say whether or not it's superior, but it's at least got 1 more ingredient

Never left it on over night.
