For the sake of you Lee (product) Lovers...you better hope they're not just trying to get rid of those bottles that got recalled. It's just strange the products are being sold again...maybe another search will reveal them getting the "Approved NDA/ANDA" to be able to sell them.

Ok, so much for the FDA conspiracy theory. You might be on to something with the left over bottles Jacob. Minoxidil solutions even has the same bottles as Dr. Lee's products, at least according to the pictures on the websites. They may have stolen the formulas but did they also steal the bottles, the font, the design of the packaging etc.? Also, why would Dr. Lee give his approval of this site if they stole his formula? The FDA info answers some questions but also leaves many unanswered.

I'm all for that.

Clearly there is some intrigue to this situation. Many of us are content to just allow things to work themselves out and see if these products are to our liking.

All this speculation about the situation is not helpful.

It was deplorable all this happened to begin with because so many of us were happy with the products and trusted them.

The bottom line is whether these products are of high quality or not. Time will tell and experienced users will know.

In the meantime perhaps the stirring up of trouble and fear can cease. If experienced users find the products inferior, they can get refunds and they will make sure everyone knows the truth.

By the way the name was not stolen. It is a different name.
