For some annoying reason there is no phone number on her website, Which, would be fine, if her staff bothered to answer any emails from one week to the next? I've tried to get her for over a week and eventually they answer and say something about server not working on site so email direct, which I have several times, but they don't bother coming back.
I suppose the purpose of this post, is to ask if it's even worth bothering with them. I must admit I'm not impressed so far, but has anyone had a good experience with her and is it worth persevering with this incredibly painful experience of trying to get an appointment with her, or should this start alarm bells ringing already?
