I’m 24 years old. I was using propecia from Sept until June but came off it because I wasn’t liking the side effects. I also use Biotin. Dr Keser also recommended that I use palmetto which I will look info further when I finish my travels. Has anyone had any experience with it?

Saw palmetto is believed by many as the 'weak Finasteride'. I've been taking it for the last 2.5 years (in addition to Finasteride). Arguably, it is pointless when you're already on Finasteride, but some also believe it tackles the DHT issue at a slightly different angle. I don't have too much issue with the sides from my regime, so I shall continue.
If you're going down the more natural route, it is the one I would go for but I wouldn't have too much expectation from natural supplements alone. Additionally you could consider zinc or nettle.

intresting to see how the donor looks with a skin fade. Scarring is obviously going to be pretty visible but not sure the average person notice at a glance. How have you found it any comments?

No one has mentioned any scarring with the skin fade haircut so far

i ve been using saw palmetto for the last 10-12 months at 320 mg + 1000 mg pumpkin seed oil + 15 mg zinc / a day.

I ve still got this insane balding itch so i doubt it is doing something.. my libido is still the same but my sperm has definitly turned more watery and low volume (easily by half sometimes). I'll still keep taking it since i've plenty of bottles home.

But it's the first time i here a hair doctor or surgeon recommend it to its patient, thats great ! and intriguing at the same time haha

2000 grafts? Damn that's good. I got 2500 about 6 weeks ago . My progress actually kind of looks like yours at your 6 week mark aswell. I hope it turns out this good also ! How many cm2 for hairs
