Hello again guys. We left off here https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...-29-september-2016.101482/page-3#post-1806348 with dr. Keser surgery result that was good but did not satisfied me at 100%, especially on the left side:
I was missing some density, had some doubles in the first line and the design was still too high for me, since i wear the side part on the left leaving this side fully uncovered.
By the end of 2017 I was sure I would undergo a touch up surgery for the left side, at Keser's or in another clinic.
Meanwhile it happened that in march 2017 I got in touch with dr. Pekiner (I was and am a moderator of bellicapelliforum), a FUE hair surgeon who exited from HLC and was opening his own clinic, with whom I decided to start a collaboration. (He also worked with Keser as assistant doctor at the beginning of his career).
The expected epilogue is that I had an operation with him, dr. Pekiner, in may 2018, mainly to fix the left temple but also to strengthen my temple points, improve my right sideburn and finally to create the right moustache to mint connection that I was completely missing because of genetic.
I did this because dr. Pekiner is also an expert in beard transplant.
My main aim was being able to wear a modern side part hairdo like this:
Dr. Pekiner used 562 grafts (of which 59 BH beard grafts) to achieve this.
