I'd guess you're refering to his "dispute" with another clinic who he associated with for a while. I think the only things said about Cole were from this other clinic , a clinic that has failed to show any good results, lost most of their staff, been refused advertising space on another forum and are currently right at the bottom of the pile where nobody would touch them with a bargepole.
You have to wade through the crap & look at results, Cole's are about the best there are.
