Dr. Civas' Office In Turkey Offered A Mega-session Of 5000 Grafts. Too Much?

I sent off pics to Dr. Civas' clinic in Ankara and they suggested a mega session of 5000 grafts. I'm a Nw6 but have thick donor, high sides so lots of quality donor hair. I know there are mixed reactions about harvesting that much donor hair in a single session but how risky is it?

If you're going with a megasession that could potentially use over 80% of your donor in one go you should probably go with the best. Erdogan has hundreds of FUE megassessions visible on the International Hairloss forums and would be the better choice for Turkey in my opinion.

If you were willing to go FUT and afford it, Hasson and Wong are probably the best option for a first run through.
