Ok, new year and new start - Ive decided to get on finasteride as I have noticed over the past few months my hair getting worse, at the minute its literally only the temples, a touch of toppik and u dont notice a thing but I want to prevent it forom progressing.

So today I called Dr Ashcroft, he said he can provide a years worth for £120 - Is it all fully legit? It all seems a bit strange to me, calling a mobile number and then the pills arrive at your door.

Can anyone advise?

He's a Dr he can prescribe the stuff and get it at prescription prices not internet supplier marked up 80% prices.

Ben - do use a pill cutter? Would you say the finasteride and minoxidil have helped at all? Also if u dont mind me asking how much are u paying to Dr Ashcroft?

Cheers Ben, Id say Im prob a norwood 2, noticed a big difference in my hairline the past six months, although I can grow it and youd never know. Im 30 and really want to try and halt things and then hope for regrowth from minoxidil - I have regaine but have been using it on and off. Yeah Dr Ashcroft offered me three packs for £120, def gonna start it next week, hows you hair transplant doing now? Have you noticed any small sides at all from finasteride?
