24. Forever had really fine/thin hair. Took propicia for roughly 3 years, stopped cold turkey when I started experiencing apparent unwanted side effects about 5-6 months ago. Hair has gotten much thinner since stopping or maybe I just started to notice it more.

Always had very greasy skin. Noticeable in morning when I wake up. Am able to mask it, for now, as this is what I have been doing for 3+ years. Started at temples, but still thinning in temple region. It has progressed to the rest of my head. Hoping it’s worst case scenario of NW6 or 7 so I will be able to get a transplant in a year or so.

Just now heard of DUPA, DPA and retrograde tbh, and realized I have thinning at the nape of my neck. Hard to tell for me because i’ve Always had super fine/thin hair.

Pictures are of what my hair looks like greasy/wet, and then dry and how I try to present it on a daily basis.

Not one to post on forums about this stuff but I prefer brutally honest answers so don’t feel timid and speak your mind and tell me what you think.

Dim light honestly makes it look soo much better than it is. Temples started receding when I was around 19-20 very heavily. Got on Minoxidil, hated it. Got on profecía, felt like I was keeping my hair but realized I wasn’t. Temples have gotten a little worse over time but it seems to have spread to the rest of my head almost like DPA.

Your hairline looks like the usual mature hairline which most males get. I wouldn't worry about that. With the hair loss all over, you should visit a dermatologist / hair specialist, because it could potentially be alopecia areata incognita.

Well, DUPA is uncommon too, don't skip to a self-diagnoses if the hair loss you are experiencing is unusual - which it is.
