Double dose of Rogaine once a day?

Anyone else do this, for convenience's sake?

I don't get any side effects, so I use twice the dose of rogaine right before bed. I read that Rogaine has a half-life of 23 hours, so I don't think there's that much of an effect compared to 1 dose twice a day.

In fact it might even be better.. 12 hours after a single dose you're down to about 75% of the original concentration.. but 24 hours after a double shot you're at like 95% of the original concentration of a single dose.

I do roughly 1 and a 1/3 dose once a day as I don't want to deal with applying it twice a day.

I have done this for about 5 years and I don't plan on changing it. However I doubt a double dose would do much good as you might be over saturating the scalp or wasting it with "run-off" drops down the side of the head.
