About 4 months ago I noticed that my right temple is goind north and after each haircut it becomes more obvious. So I started reading some sites and decided to buy Spectral dnc. I started using it on both my temples even though my left was not that bed (almost perect). So I was using for about 3-4 weeks then went on vacation trip for a week (haven't used Spectral during that week). I came back from vacation and bang! Shedding as Ive never seen before. Right temple horible left is going north very fast. My haiorline is incredible see through and lifeless like.I Got scared big time and depressed too. Decided to stop Spectral and decided right then that I wil never ever use anything that has minoxil in it. So I ordered Fincar. I am cutting it into 4 pieces and like a month later I ordered apple poly spray and tablets. Been on it 2-3 months and I am regaining my hairline and teples to the way they were before that crazy shaddin began. I know something is working but is it all finasteride that is doing it job or is apple poly responsible for this nice regrowth?
I wish I could be certain cuz apple polly costs me 80$ a month but I have a gut feeling that apple poly may have something to do with my regrowth.

I don't think propecia could give you results that quickly, but apple poly isn't exactly a proven entity, either. Apple poly is good stuff. It's a shame that it's so expensive.

why do people buy it for $80 a month instead of just adding it to their minoxidil?

I have no freakin' idea. I think that CCS is adding it to his minoxidil and taking the apple poly capsules. Hopefully, that'll turn out for the best.

Don't quote me on that, however, as he's using a lot of stuff and I can't keep track of everything he's taking.

You can never be sure if adding apple poly to minoxidil will not cause inactivation of the other so you won't get the full benefits. I just saw these studies and to be honest theyve done a lot of studies with apple poly and in all of them it showed great regrowth potential. I would not buy anything without any studies backing it up. My shedding is now almost zero. Hair in the hairline are regrowing and I am actually at the end of my second bottle and spray and will definetly order another one (I said at the beginning that I will definetly give it a three month try).
One more thing I forgot to mention is that After a month I added green tea extract to my apple polu spray (1.2 gram).

one more thing I want to add that I had acne on my face and it was a horrible experience being high school student with acne that just won't let go. I tried bunch of stuff. All comercialized crap, visited dermatologist which I later relized where there only after my money. I used anibiotics which worked for some time but later became ineffective. So I decided to jump on vitami b 5 and started megadosing up to 10 grams a day . It was like 20 pills a day. My mom said I was crazy! after 3-4 weeks I notices my skin isn't shiny and oily anymore acne starting disappear so I lower the dosage and been on vit B 5 for 4-5 month and then Ive stoped it completely. My acne just magically disappeared after 3-4 years of struggle I was finally acne free. I I know it was due to vit B 5. Since than I am believer that not only stuff that doctors prescribe or it's well known because it is commercialized and is expensive but other things can be good as well or even better.

I am relly excited. I have all the areas covered as far as hair loss.
I use
finasteride (DhT inhibitor)
nizoral every 3 day(keep scalp healthy)
apple polly (regrowth)
I will also add ru (knocks out all hormones cicrling around hairs)
I am now getting back my norwood 1 state and with this combination I am pretty sure that I will stop my hairloss permanently:)!
I think since I still have most of my hairs it's the best idea to start fast and start with the strongest methods so even if hair still continue to dissapear It will dissapear much much slower and give me my best hair in my youth and maybe to my 40's and 50' after that I wont care :)
This is all just wishfull thinking I know but It may as well permanently stop the loss.

no I'm not. I do have a little GSE in my minoxidil. The apple poly capsules are in a separate vehicle. And I don't take them orally. I get cheap GSE and apple polyphenols from beyond-a-century, and I eat barley flower. Those capsules are too expensive to swallow, but cheap enough to make topicals with.

As for effectiveness, my vehicle is very similar to most pharmaceutical vehicles. I even add SOD as a preservative, though I doubt it will penetrate my scalp.

The oral part of my regimen takes 2 minutes out of my day. I like shampoos because they don't mess up my hair. I'm just a bit bothered by my 3 topicals, but they are not bad once they dry and I break apart the hairs again.

3 topical applications total per day is not bad.

that's impossible in my opinion. it's tough enough to look 50 at 60 but you want to look 30 at 60? i just don't see that as being doable.

Why not just eat an apple a day?

because you would have to eat a lot of apples to get the same benefits and I mean a lot!

You spend so much time worrying about how you look today, tomorrow, and decades in advance...so much time that you've nearly pissed away your 20s. I have no doubt that you will piss away your 30s, 40s, and so on unless a figurative hammer hits you on the head and gets you on the right course.

You truly believe that all your problems will be solved by all of this nonsense. You're dead wrong. You are trying to apply a bandaid to a paper cut...in the meantime, you have a large wound suffering from gangrene.

What will it take, CCS? Do you not understand that you're doing yourself further disservice?
