99% Iso is cheaper, cleaner & more effective.

C22 is a disaster for adhesive removal from a piece.

It works VERY well to remove adhesive from the scalp, but I will NEVER use it again on a piece, as it's MESSY, TIME CONSUMING & HIGHLY DESTRUSTIVE TO KNOTS & VLOOPS.

99 Soaks are fast & easy.

By the time you've coated any part of a base w C22, the amount of washing w soaps/dishwashing fluid is so extreme is creates FAR more damage than an alcohol bath.

C22 is more effective, if you have lots of residue and also don't want to die from the 99% propanol's fumes.

My stylist uses 90% instead of 99% because she says it's less irritating to the skin. She never has any issues.

I use KP pro solvent. No mess and it's alcohol and oil-free. Much better than C-22.
