Either scalp reduction or a Fleming meyer flap (Scalp expansion via a inflatable balloon implant then the stretched scalp is positioned round to the hairline.) Both outdated procedures that can go disasterously wrong.

Back to the question though, is Trump ridiculed anywhere near as much over there (U.S) as he was in the UK last week?
