I have observed significant thinning after being on zinc 100mg for about 25 days.

After extensivley searching the forums Ive come to know that zinc actualy increases testosterone which inturn increases DHT.

What is going on with me?

Just a heads up: 100 mg of Zinc is an absurdly high dose to take daily and if you continue to take this much hair loss will be the least of your concerns. Elite level athletes generally don't supplement with more than 50 mg daily. 20-30 mg a day for regular people is more than enough.

Excess zinc can cause low copper levels and this can have all kinds of effects. As the previous poster said, 100mg per day is a huge dose. 20-30mg per day itself is a large, but acceptable dose. Remember that you're also getting zinc from any meat that you eat.
