Hello everyone. I have a small question. I was wondering how true is it that if someone works out they would lose their hair? I'm not talking about Arnold Schwarzenegger type of workout where he was in the gym 7 days a week working out for 4 or 5 hours a day with heavy weights. I am talking about maybe 30 to 35 minutes at the gym with weights that aren't that heavy just a simple workout 3 times a week. Does it cause hair loss?

Ok so it's what i think, i do sports and watch sport a lot, i see very few sportsman balding and some with a lot of hair, doing coloring, crazy haircut etc.. , just those with gene that causes balding #arjenrobben #rooney so my point is: no it doesn't affect, if you're suposed to be bald it won't help either.

What i've been told last week in a hair institute when i said i washed my hair everyday because i do sport every other day: just rince them with water to remove sweat, because sweat is bad for the scalp. and that's it, no shampoo.

and to finish, do sports, it doesn't affect hair but it is good for brain, looking better and having good health.

Yea well working out raises testosterone levels in our bodies so more testosterone more DHT but that is a small change in our bodies unless you go beast mode every day that is stressfull

yess: like i said, most sportsman have good hair, maybe it highers testosterone like you said but i mean we have good evidences, just watch a football game, you'll see 1 balding man on 22 players, take 22 students in politics for exemple, you'll have more than 1

my point is, working your brain is worst than your body for your hair, my father is the only one balding out of his brothers, he is also the only one with a hard and stressing job, with a lot of responsability and sh*t, still working at 68, and that had a though life. one of my uncle stopped working at 36, he is 60 now with insane amount of hair while my father's temples be gone for a long time

I came to a conclusion that when you workout or just train something you also have a good blood flow to your head so your hair gets all the nutrients so i think working out is good for the hair
