Does Topical spironolactone really work? It seems its a very mild anti-androgen. I havent heard from anyone that it works, at least not anyone who isn't aslo taking fina nd minoxidil. spironolactone is supposed be safe, not give you any side effects, not cause any shedding and one is not to expect any regrowth. That sounds to me that it simply doesn't do anything... Correct me if I am wrong.

spironolactone works , i know alot of guys that use steroids and swear by this stuff .. they dont use it to regrow hair , they use it to keep their hair from falling out during cycle ... a freind of mine use it with 2% nizoral cream once a day during his cycle and it works great for him .

you cant beat finasteride but spironolactone works .. i was told that finasteride reduces scalp DHT levels by 40% , so adding spironolactone can give u a little push . my friend uses over 700mg of testosterone a week and hair loss is almost none with the combo of finasteride , spironolactone and nizoral ... thats alot of DHT , the avg male produces 40-70 mg of testosterone a week .. so do the math ;-) he said the key to make it work is shaving your head so u can spread it all over your scalp and not all over ur hair like most do ..
