Does Topical Finasteride Have A Shelf Life?

I use topical finasteride and I am curious if anyone knows if it has a shelf-life?

Mine has no expiration date on it. I don't know the vehicle but it is NOT the lipo one.

I remembered seeing somewhere saying it lasts for at least three years. Can't find where it says now.

Is it available in US? does it require prescription?
