Hello everyone,
I have recently noticed that after washing my face I see very thin and often shorter (miniaturised?) hair follicles that have fallen from my scalp onto my face, perhaps 1 or 2 (not total hair fall just the thin ones I notice). This is especially noticeable compared to my usually thick Asian hair follicle that naturally fall.
I would say it is more than 50% thinner in terms of radius.
Overall, my hair in appearance shows no sign of visible thinning (then again, I hear you could lose up to half your hair before it is noticeable) and I am a 25 years old Asian (Korean).
Would this be an early sign of Male Pattern Baldness/ can women suffer from miniaturisation also? Does this occur in those who do not eventually go bald?
Thank you.
