Does the hair come back the way it left?

If the hair grows back on its own or through some treatment like minoxidil or stem cell rejuvination, it will come back the way it used to be.

If you get a hair transplant it doesn't really come back the same way, it's however the hair is that grew originally...or if you get hair multiplication transplant, there's no way to know.

If you have a fantastically effective regimen (such as a powerful topical antiandrogen or finasteride coupled with Josh's min, folligen and mega-tek combo) all the hairs that still have sufficient life in them should come back.. and yeah maybe vaguely in that order lol

Just don't leave it so long that any die completely!

We don't know if they "die" or not, but there is a point where no minoxidil or anti-androgen will make them regrow. They might be dead, or they might need some undiscovered growth stimulant or stem cell treatment to repair them.
