My friend thinks his front and top hair follicles are dead. I don't think he has had an expert exam. He recently had professional " tattoo hair" imbedded in his scalp. It looks like a nice military buzz cut. My concern is has it damaged possible viable hair follicles, should he decide to try Finasteride.
