Does shedding occur in areas you are losing only?

My double crown seems to have thinned a bit while on propecia (about 5 months now).

I've noticed I have little dark hairs on my hairline and seemed to have lost all the fine light colour hairs. But my crown seems to have thinned.

Did anyone else notice this? Did your crown thicken up?
