does shaving unwanted facial hair from oral minoxidil make them grow back darker?

real question.
i had to shave my whole face because of this damn stuff ( the unwanted facial hair don't disapear even month after quitting the drug), and i shaved some vellu hair and now they appear darker and coarser...
