Does Saw Palmetto Help Or Interfere With Finasteride?

I take 1mg of finasteride daily and I also use a hair loss shampoo with keto and saw palmetto in it, I was wondering though since saw palmetto is believed to be a mild AR reductor like a weak version of finasteride, if it would compete with finasteride and make it less effective or would the two complement each other?
