why does it say on the bottle that those that have heart disease should contact a physician?

Does rogaine affect your central nervous system or the heart or have any negative side effects?

Yes rogaine effects the heart,if you don't try it your heart aches and wishes the head had more hair,I believe if you stay on the net worrying about the side effects you will lose ground and only brow beat yourself for not doing it earlier,I can see people worrying about maybe propecia because it's a pill but rogaine.. give it a shot and stop reading side effects of drugs or topicals you haven't even purchased! I'm just kidding but seriously rogaine is safe ... go for it...
