How much do you like Regenepure Dr? Is it known for making the hair look thinner?
Thanks.

Hi xy53,

I use Regenepure DR as my main Ketoconazole shampoo that I use to treat my hair loss, I really like it. Yes, it can make hair look thinner, especially that there isn't anything in the product to volumize your hair. I use a volumizing shampoo after I use Regenpure DR so my hair doesn't look thinner afterwards.

i spend a few month trying diffrent shampoo brands with keto, including regenepure dr, as a mater of fact my frontal hair became thinner, don't know if it was just Androgenetic Alopecia keep going on, or keto inducing thinning... i stoped and my frontal hair are a bit better now off (but must be because of 1 month on finasteride 0.25 twice week...)

Sorry if Ketoconazole made your hair worse. For me, Ketoconazole significantly slowed my thinning, it's extremely crucial to my regimen. Before I got on it, my scalp was super inflamed, itchy, and oily from my male pattern baldness before I got on that treatment.

I don't have those problems anymore since using Ketoconazole. :)

I've been using a keto 2% shampoo and it barley helps with my itches. Could you recommend a good zinc pyritinne shampoo for a trial?

About how much should I use of the Regenepure DR during each shampoo? Should I use a dime's worth, a quarters worth? Should I only use it every other day or every day?
Also, when you say you use volumizer after your shampooing with Regenepure DR do you use it the day after you use Regenerpure or right after you are done shampooing with Regenepure? :)
Thanks

Here's what I do:

First, I wet my hair. Then I put a quarter's worth on the palm of my hand. Then I apply it to my hair and scalp, and lather for one minute. I rinse it out, and apply it again. I lather for one minute and then let the Ketoconazole shampoo sit on my head for approximately three minutes. I rinse it out, and finish with the treatment. That's how I use Ketoconazole to treat my male pattern baldness.

I use it daily and haven't had any problems with it. I hope that's the case for you. :)

Regenepure dr is probably one of the better shampoos I've gotten. I figured it would dry my hair out but its quite nice and doesn't take away any of the thickness. The funny thing to me is that those cheap $5 giant bottles of Tresseme conditioner give me a ton of volume, and I've tried all sorts of different kinds. Never would've guessed the cheap **** would be the best out of all the conditioners Ive tried....
