Does Quitting Drinking Help At All?

I've heard people say that alcohol is bad for hair but I heard the same thing about blow drying and and when I stopped blow drying it didn't really help my hair at all. My theory is that as long as you're on finasteride and minoxidil pretty much nothing else is really gonna affect your hair one way or the other but I'd like to hear other people's opinions.

Polyphenols in wine are supposed to be good for hair. As far as beer and liquor go I don't think they would hurt your hair directly, but if they are affecting your overall health it could probably speed up your loss.

My case is different as I suffer from Seb derm and/or psoriasis but when I drink I get flare ups and inflamed scalp which leads to massive hair shedding for me
