My dad lost his hair at a young age.

Get on finasteride. That spot doesn't look good. I had the same cowlick at 20 and was concerned, cause it always was dense and unnoticeable. Considering your family history, you'll have to be proactive.

Yeah to me it looks like its thinning too.

I started taking finasteride yesterday because my hairline started receding a bit.
The dermatologist said my crown looked fine tho... so I dunno
