Does Minoxidil work for diffusual alopecia?

I have lost many hairs due to alchogol and infection on my head. Now I am cured. I've visited dermatologist and she said I have no minituarized follicles.

So have I just lost my follicles for ever? Can I regrow some hair with Minoxidil or it only works for Androgenic Alopecia (Androgenetic Alopecia) with minituarized follicles? Could follicles die for ever?

You mean alcohol? Apparently alcohol is not a cause for hair loss.
However, minoxidil has been studied for Androgenetic Alopecia, diffused or not. In your case it could help regrowth but you cannot use it if your skin has not perfectly healed.

I drinked too many alcohol and eat very small amount of food (lost about 15 kg of weight). Before I had Norwood 0.5-1 hair which was about for 5-6 years without any shedding. After that no-health-care-sh*t I've become Noorwood 2-3. Yes, there was not only bad diet but stress and poor hygiene.

So I went from Norwood 1 to Norwood 2-3 within 3 months.

Also I have one more question. Could my follicles die forever in that 3 months period? How it works? If they didn't die why they didn't recover after healing?

I don't think they died in three months. I think with a good balanced diet and restored hygiene you will be OK in a few months. Minoxidil may make the recovery faster.
