Does Minoxidil Loose Influence After A Few Years?

hi!
I have androgenic hair loss for 3 year and i use minoxidil5 two time in a day(i live in iran and used pakdaru brand not rogaine)and my head was full of hair after usibg minoxidil But now i have hard hairloss and i’m balding mabe after 1 yera .does minoxidil lose influence after few year? I’m so so depressed i changed the brand and use alopexy5 minoxidil but

Yes it stops working after a while if your not on finasteride
