It's been slowly getting worse since I was 27... 37 now.... i figured it was going pretty slow, so I'd just leave it... then in the past five years my once easily concealed spot kinda got out of control... is there any hope ?

I've been on minoxidil for just about 3 months, and just started dht blocking shampoo...

You may be one of those who get extremely good regrowth. But its a very small chance.
What you can do is maintain current hair (regrowth comes as plus), then do a hair transplant.

Oh No lol... this doesn't sound promising... so i guess in a nutshell my current regiment of minoxidil and regenpure probably ain't gonna get me great results on their own, if any ?

You can get decent results. For me,
minoxidil hasnt gave any regrowth. But I am still on the 3rd/4th month. Chances of regrowing decent hair density on minoxidil is super slim.
You should put maintenance first priority. Maintain current hair status, then opt for a hair transplant in the future.
