Does It Look Like Balding To You Guys?

Hey guys!

I apologize ahead of time, I know you probably get these questions ALL the time.

I just got a haircut, and I was wondering if this looks like male pattern baldness to you or if I'm just making myself crazy. I tend to get anxiety over little things and just want some frame of reference before I choose how to proceed I know a lot is based on changes; unfortunately I don't have any older pictures of the back of my head. Apart from this spot in the photo, my hair is very thick.

I mean it's possible that it could get worse- for many balding does start at the crown. I'd keep an eye on it but I don't think by any means a person would say you're "balding."

I think that's where my "hair whorl" is if that makes a difference. It's just hard to see the whorl because the hair is kind of puffed up. Thanks for the responses!

It's most likely just your hair whorl. Its actually the baldest part on a human's scalps.
