How the f*** do I edit title?
Meant to ask DOES HAIR ONLY GROW IN THE ANAGEN PHASE?
I've been buzzing my hair to the same length lately and I noticed short hairs at the same length as my buzzing guard fall out after my hair has grown half a inch. I wondered why they weren't the same length as my other hairs. If the hair that fall out is telogen and dont grow it's pretty obvious that they are shorter than your normal hair right?
