Does eveybody have this under their nipple?

I was just wondering when you flex your pecs muscles does everybody have this gland or something they can move around a bit directly over your nipple right under beneath the nipple skin? I have this under the skin of both of my nipples and i can move around this gland or something a bit. Is this normal?

I used to have something like that a few years or so, went over naturally so I wouldn't worry. Unless you're over 40 or 50 or something, although pretty rare even men can get breast cancer. In such a rare case it would most likely be only one nipple that is affected though.

Dont all men have glands under their nipple...some are just smaller than others. I have them under both my nipples. Its kinda like a small lump.

I had when i went through puberty - still kinda there but not as noticable to the touch.

Yes, this is normal. If you had gyno, you would know it. The lump would be hard and probably painful. And when you raised your arms, you would see a protrusion.
