do you think that dutasteride really work better than propecia ? Maybe it only work faster , but not better in the long term .
we don't have the haircount data for 12 month of dutasteride .
Maybe it produced faster result in the first 6 month but the result are the same as propecia at 2 years ?

Long term halting with duta on twinshairloss.com
Its too early, give it a few months to get used to the idea of duta or youll end up having all kinds of bad side effects not knowing if they are from the duta or from your worries.

I know, youre not ready for duta, the worries would make you sick. Wait some months, get used to the IDEA of switching to duta.

Those twins could, but you dont, that matters a lot more.

By the, what referred to as the rossi study on finasteride had an interesting finding on the long term effect
Perhaps the most important finding is that a patient’s response to finasteride after the first year of treatment can be an indicator of the patient’s success with the drug in the long-term
https://www.bernsteinmedical.com/re...-to-investigate-long-term-effects-and-safety/
Its natural, bad initial effect gives diminishing long term effect. Also it indicated that it has best long term effect on people above 30, which is in line with my old claim that hairloss before 30 isnt normal, male pattern baldness onset at age 30 is the normal regular well known type that is just inherited and not caused by any underlying health condition, and thus is easier to treat than the cases of early onset, some as young as 16 even if their father and uncles didnt start balding untill their 30ies. This is an important point, at 23 you do not have an "uncomplicated" hairloss, for some not obvious reasons and maybe impossible to diagnose, boys like you who experience early age hairloss the treatments very often doesnt work as well. Hopefully it can still be remedied with more effective cures, and to date only dutasteride falls into that category.

Theres no "right" time to switch, thats not what i said. I seen many of your posts, you think a lot and probably worry too much, maybe you would panic over low DHT and imagine all kinds of side effects if you started dutasteride already.
No doubt you are very afraid of low DHT, its one of the things you keep repeating in your posts, on dutasteride you will have to accept extremely low DHT levels, i think you need time to prepare for it, most people do, dutas high potency make everyone hesitate at first, its scary.
